BC Intelligence is an AI agency that provides tailored chatbot solutions for businesses. Our systems are built to help you automate lead qualification, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and customer engagement using AI technologies.


2. Use of Services

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into contracts to use our services.

b. Permitted Use

You agree to use our services for lawful business purposes only. You will not:

Use bots or scraping tools to reverse-engineer or abuse our systems

Misrepresent your identity or company

Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws


3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date business information

Supply any content (FAQs, pricing, calendars, etc.) required for chatbot setup

Ensure your own legal compliance for the way chatbot communications are used with your leads/customers

Not upload or request content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

You remain solely responsible for all end-user interactions via your chatbot.


4. Service Delivery & Revisions

Setup timelines and revisions will be communicated in writing per project

Most chatbot builds are completed within [Insert Timeline, e.g., 5–10 business days] of receiving all required content

We reserve the right to reject any content or request that violates our policy or values


5. Payment Terms

Services are billed upfront unless otherwise agreed

Monthly or retainer-based services are billed on a recurring basis

Late payments may result in paused service access

All fees are non-refundable once service delivery has begun

If you opt for performance-based or hybrid pricing, separate terms will be included in a signed service agreement.


6. Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of your original content

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any chatbot, software, or tools we build for you

We retain rights to use generic components (e.g., bot logic frameworks) for other clients unless exclusivity is purchased


7. Data Handling & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and use your and your customers' data. Key points:

We use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRMs)

You agree that your chatbot users’ interactions may be stored and processed

We do not sell your data

You may request deletion or review of stored data at any time

8. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

While our AI chatbots are trained and designed to perform business tasks reliably, they are not infallible.

Responses may not always be 100% accurate, and we make no guarantees of error-free performance

Final responsibility for reviewing, validating, and approving any automation remains with you

You are responsible for compliance with any applicable marketing, privacy, and industry-specific laws


9. Support & Maintenance

We provide standard support (bug fixes, troubleshooting) during your service period

Additional changes or redesigns after final delivery may incur fees unless covered by an ongoing plan

Any outages or system downtime due to third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, hosting providers) are out of our control, but we will work to restore service ASAP


10. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time by written notice.

If you terminate after payment but before delivery, a partial refund may be offered (case-by-case)

We may terminate services immediately for abuse, non-payment, or breach of terms

After termination, we will delete or return your data upon request, except as required by law.


11. Intellectual Property

All templates, systems, logic trees, and custom code remain the property of BC Intelligence unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute our systems without permission.


12. Limitation of Liability

BC Intelligence is not liable for:

Losses resulting from use or misuse of chatbot content or automation

Missed appointments, lost revenue, or reputational harm due to AI interactions

Third-party service outages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 30 days prior to any claim.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BC Intelligence harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) related to:

Your use of the services

Your violation of any applicable laws or rights of a third party

Any data or content you provide to the chatbot


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of major changes via email or on our site. Continued use of our services means you agree to the new terms.


15. Governing Law
